In 2007 we created our first investment fund. Since that time our investing activities have included purchasing, developing, leasing and selling properties on behalf of our investors. This has provided investors with stable, passive, long term cash flow and capital appreciation. Clearview is focused on the creation and preservation of wealth for its equity partners by acquiring and managing strategic commercial real estate assets in southern Alberta. We are currently buying industrial properties in the Calgary area under our Clearview Properties #3 LP. Our focus is primarily on single-tenant Industrial buildings with long term leases in place. We have successfully completed numerous sale and leaseback transactions and continue to search for quality opportunities to add to our growing portfolio.
